Off the easel

Manning the exhibition from 10am until 4pm each day has enabled me to catch up with some paintings I have been meaning to do for a while. This one is from a trip to Albufeira in Portugal earlier this year. I absolutely loved the contrast of the white building with the blue sky and the amazing shadow of the tree on the steps. As I was painting this a customer bought the paintng off the easel. I wish every sale was that easy!
